This past Sunday we traveled to Hop Brook Park and Dam in Connecticut for the Shea Family Reunion. Dave's father is one of eight children (and all of them have kids and they have kids, you get the picture) so there are lots of Shea's. There were about 35 of us who were able to make it this year. The kids had a great time playing with all of their second cousins.
The bottom picture is all of the second cousins. Kieran is sitting next to Niall, Dave's sister Paddy's son, and behind Ayla in the blue shirt is Linden, Dave's sister Jeanne's daughter. The rest of the kiddos are Kieran and Ayla's second cousins.
The top photo is all of the Shea's who came this year. Dave, myself and the kids are sitting in the middle of the photo. Dave's sisters and their families are in the front row in the green shirts.
The kids had a blast although the drive was a killer :-)
