The last weekend in April is always the Maple Festival. It signifies the end of the sugaring season here in Vermont. Dave and the kids tap about 15 trees here on our property; the kids love measuring the sap and bringing it to the sugar house. This year Grammie and Gramps Schneider came for the Festival. The kids enjoyed pony rides, obstacle courses, fair food and of course scary fair rides.
