Ayla started to ski when she was 20 months old. At that age Dave really just worked with her on balancing. This year she really mastered the art of turning. The beginners hill uses these flowers to teach newbies how to turn. Ayla was in love with the flowers and quickly loved turning. We spent most of this season at Smugglers Notch Resort in Jeffersonville, VT. Other years we had spent at Jay Peak Resort in Jay, VT (near the Canadian border). The kids love downhill skiing. We are considering signing Kieran up for the ski team next year at the resort with his buddie Weston. Got to love Vermont!
